All prices listed on the Actxa webstore (http://sgstore.actxa.com) are not inclusive of shipping rates. Actxa only uses registered shipping methods to make sure your order definitely gets to your hands.

Registered Shipping (Ninjavan / Aramex) will be free for orders above S$50.

Types of Shipping Methods

Actxa uses 3 different shipping carriers for your orders:

1. SingPost (Smartpac) Registered Shipping
Rate: S$3.90
Delivery Time: 2 – 3 working days during non-festive periods (i.e. Jan to Sep), 3 – 4 working days during festive periods (i.e. Oct to Dec)
Expected Arrival: 3 – 5 working days upon confirmation of order

2. Ninjavan Registered Shipping
Rate: S$5.35
Delivery Time: 1 – 3 working days
Expected Arrival: 2 – 4 working days upon confirmation of order

3. Aramex Registered Shipping
Rate: S$5.35
Delivery Time: 1 – 3 working days
Expected Arrival: 2 – 4 working days upon confirmation of order

Tracking Your Order

For all orders, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once it has been processed. A tracking number can be found in the email for your to track your order.

You may track your order through the following methods depending on your chosen shipping carrier.

Note: It may take some time for the systems to update the order status. For Singpost Smartpac, the registered article number does not provide detailed online tracking capability.

I have not received my item.

SingPost (Smartpac) Registered Shipping
If you have not received your item(s) on the 6th day, please check your letterbox as the parcel will be deposited into your letterbox if no one is available to receive it on the delivery attempt.

If the letterbox is full or if the parcel cannot be placed in the letterbox, SingPost will leave a delivery advice in your letterbox. You may use the delivery advice to collect the item(s) from the post office stated on the delivery advice.

Ninjavan Registered Shipping
In cases of unsuccessful deliveries/returns, Ninja offers a total of 3 attempts (Original attempt + 2 subsequent redelivery/re-pick up attempts). Check your status and re-schedule the delivery via their website.

In cases that you are not at home when the delivery is being made, you may check your status and re-schedule for another delivery via their website.
