Whenever you sync your tracker to the Healthy365 app, the time/date will be set to the same time zone as the National Steps Challenge server (Singapore Time).

To sync your tracker to the Healthy365 app:
1) Download the latest version of the HPB Healthy 365 app from the App Store or Google Play.
2) Ensure your smartphone’s Bluetooth is enabled.
3) Launch the Healthy 365 App with your Actxa Stride placed nearby.
4) The Healthy 365 App will perform an auto-sync with your Actxa Stride. If it does not, do a manual sync by tapping on the green icon found on the Healthy 365 Dashboard.
5) The time and date should be updated.

*Changing of time zone is not supported.

You may want to try to wipe clean the surface of the Actxa Stride with a clean cloth as sometimes dust or dirt may affect the sensitivity of the touch sensor.

 

Alternatively, do the following steps to recalibrate the touch sensitivity.

1) Download the latest version of the HPB Healthy 365 from the Apps Store.

2) Turn on your smartphone Bluetooth.

3) Launch the Healthy 365 App with your Actxa Stride placed nearby.

4) The Healthy 365 App will perform an auto-sync with your Actxa Stride.

5) Tap on the Actxa Stride tracker and check the touch function.

 

If that does not help, bring your Actxa Stride for replacement to any of the 5 service outlets if it is still under warranty.

HARDWARE

Actxa Stride (NSC) is a steps tracker that syncs your steps data with the Healthy365 App as part of the National Steps Challenge initiative operated by the Health Promotion Board of Singapore.
There is only one size available currently.  However, it is adjustable and is able to fit wrist sizes ranging from 16.5cm to 24.5cm.

The Actxa Stride (NSC) is only water-resistant and not water-proof. It is sweat proof and able to withstand accidental splashing. You are advised to remove the tracker before swimming, showering and other activities that may require prolonged exposure to water.
The Actxa Stride (NSC) uses a 3-axis accelerometer manufactured by Texas Instruments which tracks the steps you take when walking and running. However, as the tracker is worn on your wrist, it may sometimes track more steps than actual especially when you are engaged in activities that involve significant hand movement.
A fully charged tracker can operate for approximately 5 to 7 days.  You are advised to charge once every 7 days or when there is only 1 bar displayed on the  battery indicator on your Actxa Stride (NSC).
Try pressing and holding the indicator on the left of the screen for 10 seconds. The time should be displayed. If nothing happens, try charging the base unit before trying again.
Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product’s colour, actual colours may vary due to different monitor and/or screen resolution differences.

We provide a warranty period of 1 year for our Actxa Stride trackers.

For any defects caused on our part, we will provide a 1 to 1 exchange for you.
