Whenever you sync your tracker to the Healthy365 app, the time/date will be set to the same time zone as the National Steps Challenge server (Singapore Time).
To sync your tracker to the Healthy365 app:
1) Download the latest version of the HPB Healthy 365 app from the App Store or Google Play.
2) Ensure your smartphone’s Bluetooth is enabled.
3) Launch the Healthy 365 App with your Actxa Stride+ placed nearby.
4) The Healthy 365 App will perform an auto-sync with your Actxa Stride+. If it does not, do a manual sync by tapping on the green icon found on the Healthy 365 Dashboard.
5) The time and date should be updated.
*Changing of time zone is not supported.
The Actxa Stride+ (NSC) is water and sweat resistant, but not water-proof. It is able to withstand accidental splashing but not prolong exposure to water. Remove Actxa Stride+ before swimming, showering and other water activities. Do note damages caused by water infusion is not covered by warranty.

HARDWARE
When the battery indicator shows 1 bar, you are highly recommended to charge the tracker as soon as possible.
OTHERS
We provide a warranty period of 1 year for our Actxa Stride+ trackers.
For any defects caused on our part, we will provide a 1 to 1 exchange for you.
