Reset Password for Actxa App

Reset Password 

1. To reset your password, enter the email address that you have signed up with in the email text field. Then, tap ‘Forgot Password‘.

2. A pop-up window should appear. Tap ‘OK’. 

3. Check your inbox for an email with a reset password link. If you don’t see it in your inbox, try checking your Junk or Spam mailbox. It should be an email sent by “noreply@actxa.com”.  

 4. A new window browser will be opened. Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters) and tap ‘Reset Password‘. 

Change Password

If you are already logged in and you wish to change your password, tap on the ‘Account‘ tab. Under Security, click on ‘Change Password‘. Enter your old password and a new preferred password (minimum 8 characters) and tap ‘Save‘.
