Actxa’s Return Policy

All Actxa products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Actxa products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

To receive service and support for Actxa’s products under warranty, please produce a valid proof of purchase. Actxa will inspect the product to ascertain the nature of failure or defects. Actxa will repair or service the product at no charge. If the product is defective, it will be replaced with another unit.

Can I Exchange a Product?

For any purchases made on Actxa’s Online Store (https://www.lazada.sg/shop/actxa-pte-ltd/), we do not support the exchange of products after purchase.
