How do I measure my SpO2 with the Tempo 4C?

You are recommended to wear the tracker on the non-dominant hand.

Measure when seated and keep your arm still, ensure the tracker is worn snuggly, with the screen is facing up.

Please make sure the watch is worn on correct position of the wrist, which is at least 1 finger width away from the first bone.

Ensure the tracker is not under strong bright light as this may interfere with the tracker’s measurement ability

I am unable to sync my Tempo 4C tracker to the H365 app.

The Tempo series is launched in conjunction with HPB’s National Steps Challenge, and as such it is only compatible to be synced with HPB’s Healthy365 App, but not the Actxa App. If you would like to sync your steps with your phone, please install the Healthy 365 App.

Do note that the Healthy 365 App can only be used in Singapore.

My tracker is not working. Can I get an exchange?

If your tracker was distributed by the Health Promotion Board, you may bring it for 1-to-1 exchange at the following National Steps Challenge Customer Care Centre if your tracker is faulty within the 1 year warranty:

Can I sync this tracker to the Actxa app?

The Tempo 4C is designed to work only with the H365 App. It will not work with the Actxa App.

How do I track my sleep with the Tempo 4C?

Tempo 4C is designed with Actxa SleepTrack – an advanced sleep tracking algorithm. The following are some tips on using Tempo 4C to track your sleep. 

  1. Wear Tempo 4C on your wrist in order to track your sleep. It does not work if you put it beside you, put it in your pocket, underneath your pillow or on your ankle.
  2. Wear Tempo 4C on your non-dominant hand (If you are right-handed, wear Tempo 4C on your left wrist and vice versa)
  3. Wear it snugly but comfortably, 1 to 2 fingers width above your wrist bone
  4. Wear the Tempo 4C for at least 10 minutes before you get onto your bed. Do not put on the Tempo 4C while you are already on your bed.
  5. If you wake up during the night but intend to go back to sleep, DO NOT sync the Tempo 4C with the Healthy 365 app. Sync only if you have already waken and do not intend to get back to sleep.
